Volunteer shift roster
Estimate staffing for daily service coverage with breaks and reserve cover.
How it is calculated
Coverage = positions × service hours. Productive time per volunteer = shift hours × (1 − nonworking fraction). People = round up(coverage ÷ productive time) + reserve.
