Population-based supply allocation
Compare a transparent per-person allocation across two groups.
How it is calculated
Distributable stock = stock × (1 − reserve fraction). Per-person allocation = distributable stock ÷ total people. Group allocation = group size × per-person allocation.
Assumptions & limits
Units must be divisible and comparable. Equal per-person allocation is one scenario; actual distribution should consider need, accessibility and an agreed community process. Defaults are illustrative planning inputs, not recommended minimums or a guarantee of safety.
