Local preferences and plans
Saved article identifiers and checklist progress are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not uploaded by this website. They can be lost when browser data is cleared, when using a different device, or when storage is unavailable. Export a copy if you need to keep them.
Calculators and shared links
Calculations run in your browser. Using “Copy link with inputs” places the current numbers in a URL so another person can reproduce the estimate. Anyone with that link can see those numbers. URLs can also appear in browser history and ordinary hosting logs. Do not use shared links for sensitive information.
Downloads and imports
Exported plans and reading lists are files on your device. Imports are processed locally. Share them only with people you trust, and use appropriate protection for private records. The site does not need names, health records or exact home locations to work.
Hosting and external references
Your hosting provider may keep ordinary access and security logs, such as IP addresses, request paths and timestamps. Linked external websites have their own privacy practices. No third-party fonts, analytics scripts or embedded services are included in this edition.
Offline copies
Browser offline saving stores public website files on your device. Browser storage may be cleared or evicted. The downloaded ZIP is a separate copy that you manage. Clearing browser site data removes local saved items and checklist progress; delete exported files separately if you no longer need them.
