Rectangular bed planting count
Count planting positions on a regular grid inside a garden bed.
How it is calculated
Rows = round down(width × 100 ÷ row spacing). Plants per row = round down(length × 100 ÷ in-row spacing).
Assumptions & limits
Uses a simple grid with edge allowance implicit in one full spacing per plant. Crop variety, paths and local growing guidance may reduce the count. Defaults are illustrative planning inputs, not recommended minimums or a guarantee of safety.
